SDPA invites qualified media to attend our conferences provided the guidelines below are adhered to.
Communications and Industry Support Manager
If you are employed as a reporter, editor, producer, camera crew, still photographer, or industry analyst, you can obtain press credentials by providing valid identification. Exceptions must be approved by SDPA’s Communications and Industry Support Manager.
To obtain your press badge for an SDPA conference, send an email to email@example.com with:
NOTE: Media credentials are good for the specific event for which you are applying. You will need to reapply for subsequent conferences. Members of the media must wear their badges at all times while attending SDPA conferences.
SDPA does not provide media credentials to staff of media advertising, marketing, public relations firms, or similar enterprises.
SDPA reserves the right to grant or deny media credentials to any applicant. Violation of rules related to specific events may result in the suspension or revocation of credentials.
Press badge holders can attend all sessions unless otherwise specified. You cannot attend events without prior authorization (please note, there may be a fee for tickets to certain events). No photography or video is allowed without prior authorization.
