CME Certificates & Needs Assessment Survey

At the conclusion of the Conference, or at the time you are ready to depart, please visit the staff at the SDPA Registration Booth to receive your Certificate of Attendance.

Attendees will be asked to complete an online Needs Assessment Survey at the conclusion of the conference. The survey helps us to continually improve our conferences for the benefits of our attendees. This will help us evaluate the event and continually make improvements for your benefit. The survey will be available on the conference website and in the conference mobile app.
